Scope and completeness

This is exhaustive for explicit error codes, preflight issue codes, deliberate failure messages, and validation branches defined in the current Tours Listing Video path. It cannot enumerate arbitrary runtime text from operating-system failures, FFmpeg, Supabase, Trigger.dev, Resend, or third-party provider response bodies. Those variable failures are listed by boundary and normalized outcome.

Important: most internal failures should not be shown verbatim to customers. The public email currently says creation failed, confirms the Listing is saved, and links back to the Listing. Detailed causes belong in the Listing UI only when they produce a clear customer action; raw diagnostics belong in logs and Internal QA.

11. Orchestration, unknown exceptions, and notification failures
